Shannon’s Studio of Dance Education was established in 2001 by Shannon DeFusco of Bristol, R.I. It started as a small dance studio and quickly grew into a large dance family. A few years after opening Shannon’s dad, the late Arthur DeFusco Jr. designed and built her a magnificent two level state of the art dance facility located on Shannon Court in Bristol, R.I. Miss Shannon made this special space her dance home where she inspired hundreds of students throughout the years. Following the loss of her dad in 2015, Miss Shannon made the incredibly hard decision to step back from running her studio. Over the years Miss Shannon has continued to teach at various dance studios in the area. A love for dance and teaching has always been a part of her soul. In 2022, Shannon’s Studio of Dance Education reopened it’s doors!
